Description: This presentation will explore the individual roles and responsibilities of Guardians (both estate and person), Trustees, and Care Managers when providing for an individual with a disability. We will define each individual roles duties to the individual under Texas Law and how they interact with one another.
After defining the individual roles and responsibilities, we will explore how Guardians, Trustee, and Care Managers can better communicate with each other to obtain the best outcomes for the individual beneficiary.
