Description: The TGA Guardianship Law and Ethics Review is a four-hour course that is an intensive survey of legal and ethical issues in guardianship proceedings in Texas. The Guardianship Law and Ethics review is beneficial to anyone who wants to learn more about guardianship in Texas. This course is scheduled in advance of the Texas Guardianship Certification Exam. Attendance is beneficial for those who are scheduled to take the JBCC Exam.
